BIGLOBE Inc. announces today that it has become a KDDI group company due to the 100% acquisition of management rights by the KDDI Corporation. The new management structure has been determined as below.
Going forward, BIGLOBE is committed to strengthen collaboration with the KDDI Corporation and provide not only telecommunication services but also services in non-telecommunication areas that are more attractive to customers. As for ongoing services and campaign customers, BIGLOBE will continue providing them as before.
